Adelaide Botanic High School are excited to announce the upcoming Subject and Pathways Expo, an informative event for students in Years 7-12 and their families. This event is designed to provide valuable information about the various educational and career pathways available to our students as they progress through their secondary education and beyond.

Expo Features
ABHS Learning Area Stalls: Discover the subjects offered at Adelaide Botanic High School and engage in discussions with Learning Area Leaders and teachers to explore suitable options for your child.
Universities: Meet with recruitment officers who can provide insights into courses and answer any queries you may have about tertiary education.
Registered Trade Organisations: Learn about Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways and the opportunities they present.
Defence Industries: Consider a degree while receiving military leadership training at the Australian Defence Forc Academy, or learn a trade in a dynamic environment.
Spotlight Sessions
To assist with the transition between year levels, and provide information regarding University entry options, we will be hosting Spotlight Sessions at the following times:
5:00pm: Transition into Year 10 in 2026 (for current Year 9 students) – in the L2 Theatre
5:00pm: University Entry with and without and ATAR in 2026 (for current Year 12 students) - in the Ground Floor Forum
6:00 pm: Transition into Year 11 in 2026 (for current Year 10 students) – in the L2 Theatre
7:00 pm: Transition into Year 12 in 2026 (for current Year 11 students) – in the L2 Theatre
Registration
It is requested that families register to attend the Expo and the Transition Spotlight Sessions.
Please note that each Transition Spotlight Session is limited to 160 participants, allocated by the time of registration. If you are unable to attend, please be advised that there will be a recording of each of the Transition Spotlight Sessionsfor later viewing.
